Complete with wonderful color photos of the prepared food treats, the 64-page softcover book begins with information on ‘how to use your barbecue,’ then launches into page after page of mouthwatering recipes for meats (beef, poultry, fish, lamb, pork, veal and ribs), fruit, hors d’Oeuvres, a backyard burger party, casseroles, salads, bread, vegetables, marinades (plus glazes, sauces and relishes). There is another section on applying ‘finishing touches’ to your foods.
The book is in Very Good condition, with the imprint of ‘Farmers Coop Exchange, Prairie City, Iowa’ on the cover. It has no apparent defects beyond minor edge/corner wear and some corner creases on the front. You’ll enjoy this one! (5930)
