Written by Dutch culinary expert Wina Born and published in 1969 by Meijer Press, this copy of The Complete Book of Meat is entirely in the Dutch language!
The Table of Contents, roughly translated: ' Meat as staple food through the ages; kitchen tools; cooking meat; beef, veal, pork, lamb, organ meats, ground beef, pate, sausages and bratwurst, cold cuts, soups, cooking terms, and foreign names, general hints, oven temperatures, cooking, bake, grill and oven times.'
Beautiful color photos and black/white drawings illustrate it.
The book is in Very Good condition with only light edge/corner wear. A few pencil marks appear on some recipes, but can easily be removed. A previous owner's name is handwritten inside the front.
